SHIPPING
We offer UPS and DPD shipping for national and European orders. Rates are calculated based on weight and shipping location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship to nearly every country in the world. Rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Please contact us if you are interested in placing an order.
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, submit our withdrawal form. You will receive a confirmation email along with return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, or to products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
We will exchange items if they are damaged in transit or defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@vinoos.nl.
RETURN SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it can take up to two weeks for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over €50 or $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
